| 摘 要： | 介绍煤水混绕过程的主要特性及试验炉的测试结果。探讨层燃锅炉在采用煤水混烧技术时对送风系统的要求和对燃烧过程的影响,以及炉排面上配风速度的控制范围。提出并试验低风速运行的均匀配风方法。有效地改进送引风系统的运行参数,降低过量空气系数。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the maincharacteristics of coal-water mixture (CWM)and the tested result of the boiler.Itdiscusses the requirement of the air supply system and the effect of the combustionprocess with using CWM technique in layer combustion heating boiler,and the controllingrange of the air velocity through the stoker.And it raises and tests the methods to makethe air distributed evenly in low velocity,which effecfively improve the paraments in theinduced-air system,and lowers the excess air coefficiency. |
