矿用潜污泵排水系统液固两相流的研究

摘    要:利用组合潜污泵系统可以高效地将煤矿水仓和老空突水灾害中的煤水混合物外排,但煤泥浓度及颗粒直径直接影响管路系统的水力特性,并影响排污泵的性能和效果.对不同浓度、不同粒径、不同管路形式的水力特性进行了理论计算,建立了相应的理论模型,计算结果可为煤矿水仓清理及老空突水抢险排水的应用提供依据.

Abstract:The combined submersible sewage pump system can efficiently discharge coal-water mixture from the colliery sump and when the disaster of water inrush occurs in old goafs.However,coal slurry concentration and particle size directly affect the hydraulic characteristics of pipeline system and the performance and effectiveness of the sewage pump.In view of this,the hydraulic characteristics in different concentrations,different sizes and different pipeline forms were calculated and the corresponding model was built.The results could provide practical basis for colliery sump cleaning and emergency drainage from old goafs in where water inrush occurs.
