摘    要:介绍了一种新型的超薄壁冷弯钢构件的截面形式,该类截面构件可用于方形、C型、U型等多种形式的组合结构,灵活轻便易于组装,可成为冷弯钢构建筑体系的承载构件.分析了组合件截面的特点,并将理论计算与有限元计算结果进行了对比分析,给出了此类超薄壁钢构件轴心受压承载力的适用范围及受压构件的屈曲形式,为此类构件的应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A new comporsite section of cold-formed ultra-thin-walled steel member was introduced.The new steel member was so light and flexible as to assemble easily and could be built up for the bearing member in the building system of cold-formed steel members as the composite structure of square,C and U steels.The characteristics of composite section were analyzed and the application scope of bearing capacity at the time when the ultr-thin-walled member was under the axial pressure and its buckling forms were presented by comparative analysis of two results obtained by theoretical calculation and FEM,which would provide a theoretical basis for applications of the member.Test results showed the characteristics of the new steel member and the limits of the axial compression and the buckling form of the steel member.
