| 摘 要： | 黄河冰凌灾害的严重性和特殊性历来受到学术界的高度关注.分析了黄河凌汛形成的机理,探讨了冰凌形成,封河、开河及冰塞、冰坝形成的过程,针对凌情变化的因素,提出了凌汛防治的工作措施和非工程措施,旨在提高人们对当前黄河冰凌灾害的认识,以更好推进黄河冰凌灾害的研究与防治工作.

| Abstract: | The severity and specificity of ice flood disaster of Yellow River has always been highly concerned in academic circled.This paper Summarizes systemly the current characteristics of Yellow River and its major ice prevention m easures based on the research situation at home and abroad,in order to raise the awareness of the current ice flood disaster of Yellow River,and the research and prevention of ice flood disaster of Yellow River are carried out better. |
