水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的性能研究

摘    要:利用空气渗透性能研制了科锐晶水泥渗透结晶型防水材料,并对其渗透结晶的作用机理分别对掺加防水材料的水泥浆体的电阻率、活性物质对水泥浆体材料的XRD形态影响,以及水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对混凝土浆体不同渗透深度下的结晶形态进行了研究。研究表明,掺加水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的水泥基材料水化早期具有更高的离子渗透性,研制的催化剂对水泥基结晶性能具有明显的影响,通过渗透结晶作用,在混凝土涂层下部由表及里产生了大量针状结晶体,对提高混凝土的抗渗性能具有改善作用。

Abstract:KERIN cement permeated crystalline waterproof material was developed by way of air permeability.Study was carried out of effects of permeated crystal on resistivity of fresh cement paste mixed with the waterproof material,active substances on XRD morphology of hardened cement paste and cement permeated crystalline waterproof material on crystalline morphology of concrete mix at different permeation depths.Analyses showed that early stage hydration of cementitious material mixed with KERIN waterproof material was of higher capillary permeability and the catalyst devel-oped exerted obvious effects on crystallization of KERIN waterproof material and large amount of needle-shaped crystals formed from outside to the inside of the concrete coated with KERIN waterproof material greatly improved water repellency of the concrete.
