| 摘 要： | 随着市场和竞争环境的变化,大规模生产模式逐渐走向衰退,大规模定制成为现代企业的发展趋势。介绍了大规模定制的发展、内涵及其与其他生产模式的比较,概述了大规模定制的分类、成功实施大规模定制的制约因素,分析了实现大规模定制的策略和关键使能技术。

| Abstract: | With the changing of market and competition environment, mass production is declining and mass customization is becoming the development trend of contemporary enterprise.This paper introduces the development and meaning of mass customization, compares it with other production modes, summarizes the types, factors of restriction, strategies and enabling techniques of implementing mass customization. |
