SBS,SBR改性沥青抗紫外线老化性能对比

摘    要:对低温性能较好的SBS,SBR这2种改性沥青在薄膜烘箱老化试验(thin film oven test,TFOT)以及经不同时长紫外线老化后的性能进行了室内试验分析对比.结果表明,SBR改性沥青原样及经薄膜烘箱老化后,其低温延展性能明显优于SBS改性沥青,但在接受一定时间的紫外线照射后,SBR改性沥青的低温延度发生骤减,相同温度下其延度不及SBS改性沥青,说明SBS改性沥青的抗紫外线老化性能比SBR改性沥青好,这为高寒、高海拔地区沥青路面改性剂的选择提供了新的参考.

Abstract:Comparison has been made between SBS modified asphalt and SBR modified asphaltafter thin film oven test(TFOT) aging and ultraviolet aging in different time.The test results show that the low tem-perature characteristic of SBR modified asphalt is better than SBS modified asphalt in original and after TFOT aging,but is much lower than the SBS modified asphalt after ultraviolet aging process,that is to say,the anti-ultraviolet characteristic of SBS modified asphalt is much better than SBR modified asphalt.The research results will be of use for the selection of the modifier of asphalt binder in the high plateau area.
