Defining testability metrics axiomatically

Testability measures have been defined on flowgraphs modelling the control flow through a program. These measures attempt to quantify aspects of the structural complexity of code that might give useful information about the testing stage of software production. This paper shows how two such metrics, the Number of Trails metric and the Mask k = 2] metric, can be calculated axiomatically.
