基于有限元的液压支架顶梁可靠性分析

摘    要:采用APDL参数化语言创建顶梁的概率分析文件,把载荷、材料性能作为服从正态分布的随机变量,在Ansys的PDS模块中进行可靠性分析,得出最大变形和最大应力的累积分布函数及其可靠度,并分析出了影响其可靠度的主要输入参数。为液压支架的安全可靠性生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The probability analysis file is created with APDL.The load and material properties are taken as random variables with a normal distribution.The file is analyzed in Ansys/PDS.The CDF and reliability of maxdeflection and maxstress are obtained.The load is the main parameter impacting on its reliability.This provides academic evidence for the safe and reliable production of hydraulic support.
