中国露天采煤发展现状与建议

摘    要:文章通过对比分析中国与世界主要产煤国家的露天煤矿发展情况,系统概况了中国露天采煤工业的发展现状,整体情况不容乐观,中国露天采煤存在先天欠缺和后劲不足的问题,解决这些问题需要从技术上进行突破,结合中国露天煤矿实际以及国外的发展现状,从节约资源、降低成本和保护环境三个方面提出了急需破解的技术难题和研究思路,建议通过加快绿色开采技术研发和采矿设备国产化进程,提供一定政策支持,加强国际交流合作的方式提高中国露天采煤业的水平,从而达到中国露天采煤的高效可持续发展。

Abstract:Through comparative and analysis the open pit coal mine development between China and the world's major coal-producing countries, overviewed of the Chinese open-pit mining industry development status systematically, the overall situation is not optimistic, Chinese mining congenital absence and presence of inadequate stamina problems, solve these issues need to be from a technical breakthrough, combined with Chinese coal mine development status and abroad, from the conservation of resources, reduce costs and protect the environment put forward a much needed break three technical problems and research ideas. By speeding up the green mining technology research and mining equipment localization process, provide policy support, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to improve Chinese opencast coal mining level, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the Chinese opencast coal mining.
