水溶性聚苯胺在5%盐酸中对碳钢缓蚀效果的研究

摘    要:在实验室中合成了水溶性聚苯胶,用浸泡腐蚀失重法测试了制备的水溶性聚苯胺在5%HCl溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀效果.利用缓蚀率随水溶性聚苯胺添加量的变化确定了其最佳添加比例为0.4%,并测试了温度变化对其缓蚀率的影响.测试结果表明,水溶性聚苯胺在5%HCl中对碳钢具有较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率可达到95%左右,且其缓蚀效果基本不受温度变化的影响.电化学测试结果显示,该水溶性聚苯胺是阳极型缓蚀剂.

Abstract:The corrosion inhibition of a carbon steel in 5% HCl by water-soluble polyaniline was investigated using immersion corrosion weight loss.The optimized content of the water-soluble polyaniline was determined by taking into account the variation of the inhibition rate of the steel with the inhibitor concentration.And the effect of temperature on the inhibition performance was also investigated.It was found that the water-soluble polyaniline was effective in preventing the carbon steel immersed in the dilute aqueous HCl medium from corrosion.The optimized content of the inhibitor was determined to be 0.4%.Moreover,as a kind of anionic type inhibitor,the inhibition performance of the polyaniline remained almost unchanged with variation of temperature.
