摘    要:作为高频感应焊接钢管的一种先进高效的成形方式,排辊成形已经被广泛地应用于钢管生产中。文章研究了排辊成形中线成形阶段的金属板材的成形过程,利用显式弹塑性有限元对排辊成形进行过程模拟,从而得到排辊预成形模拟结果。在钢带通过排辊时可预测线成形等效塑性应力和成形几何形状。线成形结果的关键特征都可得到计算,并和实际测量进行比较,取得了很好的吻合。

Abstract:As one of the most advanced ERW pipe forming,cage roll-forming has been widely used in pipe production.In this paper explicit elastic-plastic finite element model is established to simulate roll-forming process in order to study metallic plane's deforming during the process.When the plane is pulled through the rolls,EPS and geometric shape can be predicted,and key features of line-forming can be calculated.Thus the measured outcome and the simulated outcome can be compared,which consequently gives a wonderful fitting.
