投影多属性决策法与常用水质评价方法比较

摘    要:目的将属于区间数理论的投影多属性决策方法用于水环境质量评价并验证它的适用性,解决常用水质评价方法评价过程中将水质标准视为一个点值,且常采用实际监测数据的平均值作为准确值代替实际监测的区间型数据来进行水质评价的问题.方法对辽河同一断面分别用投影多属性决策方法与常用水质评价方法的内梅罗指数法、灰色关联度法、物元可拓法、模糊综合法5种方法进行水质评价,并进行比较分析各评价方法的优缺点.结果常用方法评价结果为V类或劣V类;投影多属性决策方法评价结果为劣V类,投影多属性决策方法与常用评价方法基本一致,且投影多属性决策法比常用水环境质量评价法更准确.结论投影多属性决策方法不仅可适用于地表水水环境质量评价.而且能直接采用实际地表水监测数据的区间型数据进行评价,为地表水环境质量评价提供新的应用方法.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that a point value was taken as the stranded value of water quality, and an average value of monitoring data often as the accurate value instead of interval data in practical assessment, this paper used the multi-attribute projection decision-making method for water environmental quality assessment and proved its applicability. The water quality of a section in Liao River was evaluated by different methods, such as the Nemerow index, the grey correlation analysis, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment, the element extension assessment and the multi-attribute projection decision-making method, respectively. Their advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed. It is shown that the evaluating results of all the methods are basically identical, but the multi-attribute projection decision-making method is easier and more intuitive to use. The advantage of the proposed method is that it can directly evaluate the water quality using interval data of monitoring values for surface water, which is suitable for water environmental quality assessment.
