基于CAN总线与RFID技术的电子拣选器的设计

摘    要:在现代物流行业的众多仓储管理方式中,电子拣选方式是一种能够有效提高物流操作效率和质量的方法.目前国内的物流拣选作业主要采用基于RS-485总线的电子拣选方式,针对于RS-485总线的不足之处,利用CAN总线的现场控制优势,并结合RFID技术的优点,设计了一种基于CAN总线与RFID技术的电子拣选器.实验表明,该电子拣选器具有更高的数据纠错能力和数据传输效率,在物流仓储管理中拥有很好的应用前景.

Abstract:In the many storage management modes of the modern logistics industry, electronic tag picking mode is an effective mode to improve the efficiency and quality of logistics operation. At present, the domestic logistics picking mainly uses the electronic tag picking mode based on RS-485 bus. Aiming at the deficiencies of RS-485 bus,using the field control advantage of CAN bus, combined with the features of intelligent wireless identification technology of RFID,design a kind of electronic tags based on CAN bus and RFID technology. The results show that, The electronic sorting device have higher data error correction ability and data transmission efficiency, it has the very good application prospect in logistics warehouse management.
