摘    要:骨料级配优化对于改善混凝土工作性能和节省胶凝材料用量具有重要的意义。该文分别对粗细骨料级配进行优化得到堆积密度大、空隙率小的细骨料和粗骨料,并分2种类型(直卸、泵送)和3种标号( C20、 C25、 C30)进行混凝土配合比试验对比骨料级配优化前后单方混凝土胶凝材料用量,最后通过实例进行验算。试验结果表明,当砂中0.315 mm以下细砂含量控制在一定比例,并在连续级配的5~31.5 mm碎石或5~25 mm碎石中掺入一定比例的5~10 mm石时,每m3混凝土中胶凝材料用量均可得到一定程度的降低,与理论验算结果较为吻合。骨料级配优化可操作性强,适合在混凝土生产企业中推广。

Abstract:Aggregate Gradation optimization is of great importance in improving the working performance of concrete and saving binder content.In this article, gradation of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate is respectively optimized to obtain the aggregate with higher bulk density and lower voidage .Then design mix of concrete experiments on two kinds of concrete ( field concrete , pump concrete) and three kinds of grades(C20, C25, C30) are carried out to compared the binder content in an unit of concrete before and after gradation of aggregate is optimized .Finally, checking computations is implemented by example .It is shown that the binder content in an unit of concrete gets an certain degree of reduction if the ratio of fine sand (≤0.315mm) in fine aggregate is proper and a certain proportion of 5 -10mm gravel is mixed into 5 -31.5mm or 5 -25mm gravel.And the result accords with the theoretical checking computations .Gradation optimization of aggregate is easily operability and suitable for promotion in concrete manufacturing enterprise .
