| 摘 要： | 以区域间水权交易为研究对象，通过分析同一流域和跨流域两种不同的区域水权交易特征，提出基于替代方案成本估计的生态补偿方法，建立基于生态补偿机制的区域水权交易价格定价模型，为水权交易制度建设提供方法储备。

| Abstract: | Water right trading is inevitably effected by the publicity of water resources causing external effects .Exploring on ecologi-cal compensation mechanism of water rights trading is of great significance for the maintenance of third party rights , protection of wa-ter environment and sustainable development of water resource .With inter-regional water rights trading as research subject , by an-alyzing characteristics of two different regional water right trading （ inner -basin and inter -basin ） , an ecological compensation method is proposed based on cost estimation of alternative scheme , and regional water rights trading price pricing model is estab-lished based on the ecological compensation mechanism so as to provide a reference method for the construction of water rights trading system. |
