摘    要:钢筋混凝土结构的锈蚀监测是结构健康监测中一个重要的研究方向,但通常由于监测环境和地理位置的限制,使得工作人员难以一直留在现场对仪器进行相关参数设置和数据的处理。基于迈克尔逊干涉原理和光纤传感技术,设计了低相干光纤锈蚀监测系统,其测量精度可以达到μm量级。并在此基础上,利用计算机网络技术和LabVIEW网络通信功能,即transmission control protocol/internet protocol(TCP/IP)通信和远程面板连接技术,实现了对该锈蚀监测系统测量参数的远程控制和数据传输,针对上述问题提供了一个切实可行的解决方法。实验测量表明,该方法操作简单可靠,数据传输稳定,能够满足锈蚀监测长期性的要求。

Abstract:The corrosion development of the reinforced concrete structure is one of the most important aspects of the civil structural health monitoring. However, the limitation of environment and distance of monitoring sites make it difficult for workers to remain in the field for instrument operation and data collection. This paper proposed a technique based on both the computer network communication and LabVIEW programming method to carry out a remote interface in order to adjust the parameters remotely. The system employed the low-coherence fiber optical interferometer as a corrosion sen- sor, which was in the Michelson configuration. The LabVIEW programming was based on the transmission control pro- tocol /internet protocol(TCP/Ip)communications protocol. The experimental test demonstrated that the designed system can achieve micrometer resolution in deformation measurement and conveniently setting the operation parameters. This technique can be extended to the other requirement remote control
