基于SPCE061A单片机的小车避障系统设计

摘    要:自动避障小车在行使过程中,必须实时检测与障碍物间的距离信息。为了解决小车在单一传感器测距时,出现盲区的问题,系统采用红外与超声波2种传感器,在小车不同方位安装了3组传感器检测障碍物信息,红外传感器对0~30cm近距离障碍物检测,超声波传感器对30~200cm远距离障碍物检测,并且以SPCE061A单片机为控制核心,液晶HS12864-1为显示结果,设计了一种自动避障小车。测试表明:小车可检测出0~200cm内的障碍物距离,测量误差小于1%。

Abstract:Automatic obstacle avoidance of car in the exercise process must be real-time detection and obstacle distance information.In order to solve the car in a single sensor location,blind spot problem,system uses infrared and ultrasonic two sensor,three groups of sensors to detect obstacles information installed in different range car.The infrared sensor can detect 0~30 cm short distance obstacle,and the ultrasonic sensor can detect 30~200 cm distance obstacle.The system is designed as a kind of automatic obstacle avoidance which is controlled by SPCE061A MCU,and the results is displayed by HS12864-1 LCD.The test showed that:the car can detect 0~200 cm within the obstacle distance,the measurement error is less than 1%.
