摘    要:为了解决当前麻花钻头修磨设备需要人工干预,而导致修磨质量不高,且修模效率低的问题。采用图像处理相关技术,实现钻头初始角度的自动识别。这对实现麻花钻头修磨的自动化具有较高的工程应用价值。首先运用差影法、Canny边缘检测算法、霍夫变换等算法对拍摄图像进行处理,提取钻头直线刃边缘,然后运用直线拟合技术得到钻头主切削刃直线的直线方程,进而得到钻头的初始角度。经实际测试,该方法可达到工程应用的要求。

Abstract:Nowadays,when using twist drill to grind equipment needs human's intervention,it will reduce the quality and the efficiency of grinding.In order to resolve this problem,the technology related to image processing is used to realize the function of automatic identification of drill's initial angle.It has a high engineering application value for realizing the automation of twist drill grinding.First,process the images with the methods,such as difference method,the Canny edge detection algorithm and Hough transform algorithm.Second,extract the straight blade edge of drill.Then,get the linear equation of drill's main cutting edge line with the technology of linear fitting.Last,the initial angle of drill can be obtained.The method can meet the requirements of engineering application through the actual test.
