摘    要:设计了基于无线通信技术的煤矿安全系统,用于实时监测煤矿环境参数,并进行无线传输及告警。该系统以ARM处理器Freescale i.MX6Cortex-A9、射频Soc CC2530和GPRS模块MC35i为核心,通过传感器节点采集煤矿环境参数,通过GPRS网络和ZigBee网络进行无线传输;远程监控中心对接收到的数据进行统计和分析,提供安全监测和预警服务。实验结果表明,本设计可以准确测量可燃气体浓度,并在一定距离内进行可靠的无线数据传输。本系统实时性好、可靠性高、布局方便、成本低,具有较强的实用价值。

Abstract:This paper introduce a design of coal mine safety system based on wireless communication technology for monitoring environmental parameter of coal mine in real time, warning and transmitting data in wireless. The system is mainly composed of ARM i. MX6 Cortex-A9, RF chip CC2530 and MC35i, and environmental parameter of coal mine are detected by using sensor nodes and data are transmitted in wireless through GPRS network and ZigBee network. Statistics and analysis of the data are finished in remote monitoring center and monitoring and early warning is given. The experi- mental results show that combustible gas concentration can be measured accurately and data can be transmitted reliably in some distance in wireless. This system is high real-time performance, reliable, flexible in layout, low-cost, and has great value in use.
