一种可配置的通用GPS终端测试仪的研制

针对应用在工程车辆上的GPS车载终端在复杂环境下易损坏且人工检测效率低下的问题,设计了一种可对终端进行自动检测的便携式的测试仪,该测试仪基于LPC2366微控制器,在系统上电一段时间内,执行测试程序前,可以根据测试对象的功能需求改变测试项目,并将测试项目的相关配置自动存储为参数链表;执行测试程序时将链表自动从存储单元读出,对GPS车载终端进行检测。该测试仪已经应用于多种GPS车载终端的检测中,运行良好,能够满足自动测试的要求,具有很强的实用价值。

Development of a configurable universal tester for GPS terminals

Since GPS terminals which are applied to engineering vehicles are easily exposed to damages in its complicated working condition and artificial detection does not exhibit satisfying efficiency,this paper designs a kind of portable tester based on the microcontroller LPC2366,it examines GPS terminals automatically.A few seconds after the system resets,before the test program is executed,items that are to be tested can be changed according to the requirements of GPS terminals,then a list of parameters which contains information of the items are automatically reserved; when executing the testing program,the microcontroller reads the list from the storage unit and tests on the terminals.The tester has been used in the test of various kinds of GPS vehicle terminals,it runs very well,able to meet demands of auto testing,and has a highly practical value.
