公路沥青路面基层技术状况评价指标

摘    要:目的为做出合理路面养护决策方案,对基层的技术状况进行研究,以弥补现有的沥青路面大中修养护决策中对基层技术状况判别的缺失.方法基于辽宁省干线公路沥青路面自动化检测数据,采用主成分分析法和层次分析法对数据进行处理.通过SPSS软件使用主成分分析法挑选出对基层技术状况起决定性因素的病害类型,通过专家打分确定每种病害对基层的影响大小,使用层次分析法对打分表进行优化,在一定程度上减少主观因素的影响,使评价更趋科学化.结果G202黑大线的检测数据表明,该段路线的基层破损率(RBDR)为8.538,置信区间上限下限为9.643、7.740,基层破损指数(BCI)为56.69,置信区间上限下限为54.82、58.14.结论笔者提出的基层破损率、基层破损状况指数计算简便易行,能够对基层破损状况做出较为准确的判断.

Abstract:In order to make a reasonable pavement maintenance decision and to fill the gap of condition identification for base layer in major or medium repairs of asphalt pavement, the base course was studied in this paper. Based on automatic measured data of asphalt pavement for trunk highway in Liaoning Province, the principal component analysis and hierarchy analysis were used to process these data, dominative failure factors of base course were chosen with the SPSS software and the principal component analysis. Through expert scoring, each pavement failure that is related with the base course was determined and the scoring table was optimized by hierarchy analysis method, which reduced the subjective influence and made the evaluation more scientifically. The measured data in G202 highway show that the road base distress ratio (RBDR) is 8. 538, the upper and lower limits of confidence interval are 9. 643 and 7. 740 ; the base condition index is 56.69 ,the upper and lower limits of confidence interval are 54. 82 and 58. 14. It is shown that the proposed method for calculation RBDR and BCI is simple and the damaged condition of base course can be identified more accurately.
