高速电主轴热态性能有限元分析

摘    要:以数控高速加工中心电主轴为研究对象,采用Solidworks软件建立了电主轴的三维模型,应用有限元分析软件Abaqus对电主轴模型进行了热态分析,绘制了电主轴的稳态温度场分布图,并求出电主轴在不同转速下的温度值.为电主轴冷却系统的设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Taking the motorized spindle of CNC vertical machining center as the research object,heat sources are analyzed and quantity of heat are calculated. The structure of motorized spindle was analysis, and the 3D model of the motorized spindle was made by using Solidworks software. Based on Abaqus software,the thermal characteristics of motorized spindle is analyzed and the picture of static temperature field is shown. Then calculated the temperature of Motorized Spindle under different rotational speed value. Provide the basis for the design of motorized spindle cooling system.
