空间双光路红外CO2气体传感器及测量模型研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于空间双光路结构的红外CO2气体传感器。阐述了传感器光学探头的结构和工作原理,并给出气室的几何形状和相应的尺寸参数。以朗伯-比尔定律为理论依据,结合空间双光路结构的工作机理,以及红外光源周期性开关的工作方式,推导出了该传感器的线性测量模型,并采用最小二乘法对建立的测量模型进行标定。在静态下对该传感器的传感特性进行了测试。测试结果表明:在0~3 %的测量范围内,该传感器的实验值与真实值符合较好,其精度为2.42 %;系统运行良好,可无故障连续在线测量30天以上;所建立的测量模型能有效抑制温度信号和背景光信号对传感器的干扰,该传感器可在5~40 ℃的温度范围内、不同杂光背景下正常工作。
