摘    要:岳城水库运行已40多年,因先天不足,虽经过多次除险加固,仍存在着防洪标准不足和主坝下游坝坡散浸等质量隐患。介绍了提高防洪标准的第二溢洪道设计和工程质量隐患的除险加固设计,尤其第二溢洪道为国内罕见的大流量软基溢洪道,提出了软基溢洪道关键设计点采取的工程措施。

Abstract:Having been operated for 40 years,the Yuecheng reservoir still has some hidden quality problem such as insufficient flood control capacity,higher moisture content at the downstream slope of the main dam etc. Due to its inherent shot comings,even after several times of risk removal and remedy treatment. In this paper,the design of the second spillway in increasing the flood control standard and the risk removal and remedy design in eliminating the hidden project quality problem are described,especially for the second spillway which is the unique great flow soft foundation spillway in China. In addition,it also print out in this paper the engineering measures accepted for the key design point of the soft foundation spillway.
