炼钢厂离心式风机异常振动的诊断与分析

通过使用自行研制开发的ＳＭＭＤＡ－Ⅱ型多功能设备状态监测诊断分析仪对首钢二炼钢厂２￣＃风机进行了综合测试振动分析，找出该风机异常振动的主要原因是由风机转子不平衡与电机转子不平衡引起，同时发现电机轴与风机轴对中性不好，而且电机自由端转动体与支承存在严重磨碰，为该风机的检修及安全运行提供了可靠的帮助。

Diagnosis and analysis for abnormal vibration of the centrifugal compressor used in a steel mill

The Vibration of No. 2 Centrifugal Compressor used in Shougang No. 2 Steel mill is tested and analyzed by using a self-developed SMMDA-I multi-function machinery condition monitoring diagnosis and analysis instrument. The results of test show that the abnormal vibration of the compressor is caused mainly by the unbalance of the impeller and the rotor of the electrical machinery, meanwhile, the axes of the compressor and the electrical machinery are not well centred and there is sever impact between the rotator on the free end of the electrical machinery and the bearing. The test provides a reliable help for the maintenance and safe operation of the compressor.
