| 摘 要： | 针对汽车焊装线零部件的二维图和BOM的生成所面临的问题,利用UG/OPEN API技术开发了一个汽车焊装线BOM系统,使用该系统可快捷准确地生成零部件二维图的明细表、标注零件序号、统计零件数目并且生成企业定制的Excel报表.实际使用表明,该系统可显著地提高汽车焊装线的设计效率.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems from the generation of two-dimension drafts and BOM(bill of materials)of parts in the design of automobile welding producing line,a BOM system of automobile welding producing line was built.This system can help creating part lists,labeling part serial number,counting parts and generating Excel reports accurately and quickly.It is proved that this system can improve the efficiency of the design of automobile welding producing line. |
