基于组合权重的火—风—水电联合运营综合效益评价

摘    要:从安全性、经济效益、社会效益、环境效益等4个方面建立了火—风—水电联合运营综合评价指标体系。分别用Delphi法和AHP法确定集成主观权重,用熵权法和TOPSIS法确定集成客观权重,利用粗糙集和信息熵确定主客观相结合的组合权重。利用建立的指标体系和组合权重,选用模糊粗糙集法建立综合效益模型,进行火—风—水电联合运营的综合效益评价。以案例分析验证了评价指标和模型的科学性和实用性。

Abstract:This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system concerning four aspects: security,economic,social and environmental benefits.Firstly,the integrated subjective weight is determined based on Delphi and AHP,while the integrated objective weight based on the Entropy Method and TOPSIS.Then the combined weight is determined by the Rough Set and Information Entropy.Using the established index system and combined weight,the comprehensive benefits of thermal-wind-hydraulic power joint operation are evaluated by comprehensive benefit model based on the fuzzy rough set method.Case analysis has verified that proposed evaluation indexes and model are scientific and practical.
