| 摘 要： | 通过分析中电联统计管理信息系统的设计要求和设计内容,以及系统的特点,实现了4个专业(电源专业、电网专业、供用电专业、发电专业)的数据导入、导出、数据查询、自由组合查询、对比查询、数据汇总、用户管理、权限管理与分配等功能,充分满足中电联统计信息部的基本需求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses system design demand and content.The system mainly realizes four majors,such as power sources,electrical network,power supply,power generation,which are of functions for data import & export,free-combination query,comparison query,data integration,user management,authority management and distribution.It fully meets the basic demand of China Electricity Council Statistical Information Department. |
