| 摘 要： | 文章结合机车用齿轮淬火设备的研发,介绍了一种广义圆柱坐标式数控机器人式设备.文中对本机器人操作机的结构、参数、控制系统的构成及功能等作了介绍.最后对所开发的机器人式设备的实际应用情况进行了说明.

| Abstract: | One special type robot for the gear quenching is introduced by developing gear quenching equipment used in a locomotive in this paper. The constructions, parametesr, numerical control and functions of the manipulator are discussed clearly, at last the yielded good results of the developed robot unit are presented. |
