摘    要:采用杨梅栲胶对废革屑水解蛋白质进行改性 ,制备出了一种植物多酚—蛋白复合填充剂 ,并对该复合填充剂的 pH值、溶解性、相容性等性能进行了研究 ,将该复合填充剂与商品蛋白填充剂UnifylB进行对比 ,对铬鞣蓝湿革进行填充 ,结果表明 :该复合填充剂的吸收率和成革的增厚率大 ,成革柔软、丰满、粒面细致、紧实 ,其综合填充性能优于UnifylB。

Abstract:The hydrolysate protein obtained from chrome shaving was modified by plant polyphenols to prepare a protein filling agent.Some parameters for the protein filling agent such as pH value,solubility,consistence were studied.To evaluate filling effect,the filling agent was used to fill the wet blue compared with Unifyl B.The results suggest that the thickness,fullness and softness as well as the grain tightness of the finished leather are increased by the protein filling agent,and the absorbance and filling property of the filling agent are better than that of Unifly B.
