烟草蚜传病毒病的综合防治技术研究

摘    要:在烟草炼苗期采用纱网罩、病毒抑制剂,大田期采用病毒抑制剂和推迟移栽期来防治烟草蚜传病毒病的结果表明,正确使用病毒抑制剂防治效果可达到60%左右,随移栽期推迟烟草蚜传病毒病发病显著减轻.炼苗期烟草苗床是传毒介体有翅蚜着落的靶子中心,此时正值有翅蚜迁飞第一高峰期,蚜虫带毒率较高,造成苗床大量未显症的带毒苗,是烟田蚜传病毒病的主要初侵染源,为防治烟草蚜传病毒病的关键时期.用纱网罩烟苗能阻止传毒介体与烟草接触交叉传染,移栽前后适时喷施病毒抑制剂,能有效地防治烟草蚜传病毒病发生,同时能有效地保护环境和介体天敌.

Abstract:Tobacco at hardening period were treated by virusicide, aphidicide and screen covering The tobacco were sprayed virusicide, aphidicide in the field and transplanting the same tobacco breed NC89 in variety time in order to control the tobacco virus spread by aphids It showed that aphidicide had low effect to tobacco virus spread by aphids, virusicide effect were about 60%, the occurrence degree and index of disease lower as transplanting time was put off During the tobacco hardening period, tobacco seedling bed was the falling target of alate aphids, and was the main resource of tobacco virus spread by aphids This time was very important for controlling tobacco virus spread by aphids Screen covering can prevent virus vector from contacting with tobacco seedling,from spreading virus, and had good effect to control tobacco virus It was also very safe to environment and aphid's natural enemy
