| 摘 要： | 电渣压力焊作为钢筋焊接施工工艺的一种，其工效高、成本低、容易掌握、但如操作不当，工艺选择不合理，钢筋材质不适宜等会产生各种缺陷，影响结构安全。通过施工过程中对施工工艺及各种数据进行分析，从焊前准备、焊接过程中的技术措施等方面进行了论述，提出了施工中应注意的通病及防治措施，达到了控制焊接质量的目的。

| Abstract: | Electroslag welding is one construction technology of steel bar welding. This technology has some advantages such as low cost and easy operation, but if with improper operation and unqualified steel materials several defects will produced influencing the structural safety. Through the analysis on various datum of construction technology in construction process the common defects needing attention in construction and prevention measures are proposed to control welding quality. |
