摘    要:在离心机供电系统中,维持离心机正常运行的供电系统必须具有连续性、稳定性和可靠性,始终保证电力的不间断供应,由市电供电、UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supplies)电源供电、柴油发电机组应急供电等三套系统组成.在专用设备供电系统中市电供电和UPS电源供电线路的正常工作方式的基础上,具体设计了一种市电供电与UPS电源供电间的相互备用连接线路,有效地将两种供电方式连接起来,使系统的检修过程不需要断电操作,实现了两种供电方式线路问电力供应的相互切换和互为备用关系,消除了系统中两种供电方式在设备故障和设备更换过程中没有备用线路的故障隐患,满足了系统内部重点设备需要连续不间断供电的可靠性要求.

Abstract:In centrifuge power supply system ,to maintain the normal operation, the supply of the power system must be to ensure continuity, stability and reliability. The power supply of appropriative equipment, the main power supply, UPS power supply diesel generator sets emergency power is composed of three parts. This paper describes the work of the main power supply and UPS power supply lines in the plant power supply system, designed the spare connection line between a UPS power and mains powered, effec- tively connect the two power supply modes, switched the relationship of mutual backup for each other, eliminated the standby line hidden faults, to meet two sets of system internal focus equipment supply line in the process of switching between the uninterrupt- ible power supply requirements. Two kinds of power-supply modes, eliminating the system in the process of equipment failure and replacement of no spare circuit fault hidden trouble, to satisfy the system internal focus on the reliability of the equipment are in need of continuous uninterrupted power supply.
