彩色有机硅丙烯酸酯乳液的合成

摘    要:采用聚合方法合成丙烯酸酯乳液,利用有机硅对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,并通过用含有—NH2的单体与颜料分子中的—Cl进行反应,通过化学反应直接将颜料分子接入到聚合物链中,从而可得到彩色的硅丙乳液。研究了单体的选择、丙烯酰胺加入方式、丙烯酰胺加入量、颜料加入方式、颜料加入量等对合成彩色乳液的影响,找出了合成彩色硅丙乳液的最佳参数。该乳液具有粘结性强、成膜性好、耐水擦洗、耐光照等性能,具有优异的保色性能,可克服传统工艺颜料分散困难、色泽不自然、易褪色等缺陷。

Abstract:Acrylate latex is synthesized and then to be modified by organic silicon,the pigment molecules are directly linked with the polymer chain by chemical reaction between-NH2 of monomer and-Cl of pigment molecule,thus colorized silicon acrylate latex is obtained.Study is made on influence of the choosing of monomer,the way and amount of adding acrylamide and pigment upon synthesis of colorized latex and find out the optimal parameters of synthesizing colorized silicon acrylate latex.The latex has excellent properties of sticking,film forming,waterproofing scrubbing,light radiation resisting and unfading.It effectively solves the problems of traditional process such as the hardness of pigment dispersing,unnatural colorizing and film fading.
