负荷干扰性的量化评估

负荷的干扰性评估对确定电能质量问题的责任和电能的按质定价均是必不可少的一个环节。研究了基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的负荷干扰性评估方法,对负荷的电流排放质量进行了定量分析。首先由层次分析法(AHP)得到了描述干扰性负荷性能的各指标权重,然后定义了电力系统标准负荷,基于灰色关联分析法(GRA)得到了各干扰性负荷与标准负荷的关联度,依据关联度的大小可以评估各干扰性负荷与标准负荷的接近程度,从而得到干扰性负荷对电网的影响程度,并通过算例说明了该方法的可行性。

Quantified assessment of load disturbing property

Assessment of load disturbing property is an absolutely necessary part for confirming power quality responsibility and making a price by its quality.In this paper,load disturbing property is assessed by means of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the grey relational analysis(GRA),by which can analyze quality of load's current emission quantificationally.First,weights of each index,which can characterize load property,are acquired by AHP method and the standard load in power system is defined.Then,based on the GRA method,we can get relational degree between each disturbing load and standard load.Relational degree can describe the adjacent degree of each disturbing load and standard load.The degree that disturbing loads bring to grids is obtained by means of relational degree.Examples are brought forth to validate the feasibility of the method.
