| 摘 要： | 针对助卷辊粘钢成因,通过科研攻关开发了新的堆焊材料和堆焊工艺,消除了助卷辊的粘钢现象,延长了助卷辊的使用寿命,提高了热轧带钢的表面质量,取得较好经济效益.

| Abstract: | Based on the cause of steel adhesion on wrapper rolls,new materials for surfacing welding and new surfacing welding process were developed through tackling hard-nut problems in science and technology.The new process eliminates steel adhesion phenomenon,extends the wrapper roll's service life,improves the surface quality of the HR strip and has achieved good economic benefits. |
