电磁先导球阀阀芯受力可视化分析及流道优化设计

摘    要:采用CFD的方法,在FLUENT软件平台上,对先导球阀内流场的流态进行了数值模拟;分析了阀芯轴向受力的变化;通过改变先导阀顶杆的直径,用以改变流道;并分析了阀内湍流动能的变化,可为阀的流道设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of internal flow field for pilot valve has made based on FLUENT software platform. The force changes of valve core was simulated. By changing the diameter of mandril, the turbulent kinetic energy of flow channel was simulated. And it provides reference for the optimization design of channel of valves.
