摘    要:本实验采用胎面再生胶与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混,通过静态硫化方法制取热塑性弹性体。文中讨论了静态硫化对共混体力学性能、粘弹性能和热塑性能等的影响,并用TEM表征了共混体的形态结构。

Abstract:In this work, the thermoplastic elastomers named as RE-S were prepared by mechanically blending of reclaimed rubber with linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) by static vulcanization. The effects of static curing technology on physical mechanical properties, viscoelasticity and thermoplastic properties of the blends were studied. Some recipes of RE-S showed good extrusion processing properties. The morphology of RE-S phase structure also were observed using transmission electronic microscope (TEM)
