| 摘 要： | 质量是成人高等教育的生命。而要提高成人高等教育的质量,就要有正确的办学指导思想,并根据成人教育的特点,加强教学管理,建立健全有关规章制度,规范运作;改革教学和考核办法;加强师资队伍和教材建设;健全评估机制。只有这样,才能保证质量,促进成人教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Quality is the life of higher education for adults. B ut to improve the quality of adult education needs correct 1 guiding ideology to tighten up the teaching management, set up and improve the relevant rules and regulations, reform teaching and check-up systems, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and materials and perfect evaluation systems. Only by doing so can the college accelerate the development of adult education. |
