邳州市中小型泵站改造技术探讨

摘    要:介绍邳州市对67座泵站进行改造的原因及所选择的技术改造方案,分析了这些泵站改造的技术问题,认为对原泵站改造比拆除重建可节省投资、缩短工期.提出了4个方面的技术措施,即轴流泵出水管口高程控制、水泵安装中心控制、旧管道拆除与新管道安装、后池防渗墙混凝土的施工.对改造后泵站进行了现场测试,结果表明运行情况良好.

Abstract:An introduction was given to the reasons of reformation of 67 pumping stations in Pizhou City and the technical scheme for reformation. The analysis of some technical problems in the reformation of the pumping stations shows that the reformation of current pumping stations can reduce the investment and shorten the work schedule as compared with the alternative of rebuilding of new pumping stations. Then, the technical measures are presented in four aspects, including the elevation control at the outlet of axial-flow pumps, centralized control of pump installation, removal of old pipes and installation of new pipes, and construction of concrete diaphragm walls on back ponds. Field test performed on pumping stations after reformation shows that the pumping stations are in good operation condition.
