大功率LED灯具散热分析

摘    要:近年来随着大功率高亮度LED芯片的研制成功及其发光效率的不断提高,越来越多的大功率LED开始进入照明领域。随着LED芯片输出功率的不断提高,对大功率LED灯具散热技术也提出了更高的要求。本文以LED高端特种照明应用为导向,对大功率LED灯具进行了热仿真,使读者可对LED灯具的热场分布有直观明确地了解。通过模拟仿真分析,缩短了分析计算时间,提高了优化设计能力,使产品能够快速地进入市场。
