| 摘 要： | 甲壳素经脱乙酰基反应转变为壳聚糖，同时介绍了壳聚糖的结构、性质特点及其抗菌机理，将其应用于织物的结果表明：壳聚糖具有良好的抗菌性能，安全性高，在使用交联剂的情况下，整理织物抗菌性能长久。 |

| Abstract: | Chitin was deacetylated to chitosan. The structure, characteristics and anti-biotic mechanism of the chitosan were presented. Its use on textiles resulted in the conclusion that the chitosan had good antibiosis and high safety. The antibiosis of the finished textiles was durable when cross-linking agent was used in the finishing. |
