| 摘 要： | 采用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体，添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂及偶联剂等制成PVC用UV固化胶粘剂。结果表明，当活性稀释剂质量分数为20％-25％，且mHDDA：mTGPDA：mPO3TMPTA=2：2：1、硅烷偶联剂质量分数为3％-5％、光引发剂用量为3％～5％，且m1173：m184=1．0：1．5时，用自制表面处理剂对PVC进行处理，胶粘剂粘接的剪切强度为15MPa．综合性能较好。适合于软质PVC的粘接。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the UV-curable adhesive for PVC was prepared using PUA prepolymer, photoinitiators,active diluent,plasticizer and coupling agent.The experiment results showed that when the content of active diluent,coupling agent and photoinitiators was 20-25%,3-5% and 3-5% by weight.respectively,mHDDA：mTGPDA：mPO3TMPTA=2：2：1,m1173：m184=1.0 ： 1.5 and PVC treated with the self-prepared surface treating agent,the shearing strength of adhesive is 15 MPa,the adhesive has good combination property,and can be used for soft - PVC. |
