| Abstract: | Electromagnetic forming(EMF) is one of the high-rate forming technologies with wide applications.With the development of EMF process,the perfect theoretical study is exigently needed to predict the final shape of parts,instruct and verify the forming system design.The state of the art of the study of EMF theory inland and overseas was summarized,and the research findings and characteristics were concluded.The decisive factors of improving material formability with high-rate forming in EMF were discussed.And the trends of study of EMF theory were expected. |
