真丝针织浸渍助剂SY对湿态生丝的柔软作用

摘    要:本文通过对SY助剂、太古油溶液及水浸渍后干、湿态生丝物理性能的测试,分析了干、湿态生丝物理性能的差异,探讨了水和助剂的柔软作用原理,阐明了SY助剂对浸渍湿态生丝的柔软效果.实验结果证明,SY助剂浸渍的湿态生丝具有优于太古油的可编性以及SY助剂在湿法针织工艺中的可用性.

Abstract:By measuring the properties of silk in dry and wet states steeped by Auxilary agent SY,Monopol brilliant oil and water,this paper discussed the properties of silk in dry and wet states,thesoftening principle of water and auxilary agent and the softening effect Auxilary agent SY onsteeped silk in wet state. The results of experiment show that the knittability of silk in wet statesteeped by Auxilary agent SYis batter than that steeped by Monopol brilliant oil and that the Auxi-lary agent SYis usable in wet-knitting technology.
