减速器设计方案决策方法研究

摘    要:针对设计方案决策中存在许多不确定的知识和信息问题,提出一种处理多层次、多因素客观信息的系统层次灰关联分析理论模型。该模型充分利用了决策对象的客观数据,并根据专家的主观经验确定各因素的权重,以求得到符合主客观实际的评价结论。根据某齿轮箱减速器的3种初步设计方案,借助于已知的设计信息和客观数据,利用该模型对其进行决策并给出了优劣顺序。

Abstract:Aiming at the uncertain knowledge and information in the design scheme decision-making,a multi-targets and factors system level gray correlation analysis model was established.The model fully used the impersonality data of the decision object and was based on the weights given by the experts to give the appraisal results in accordance with the reality.According to the gear case's speed reducer original design scheme and the known design information and objective data,the decision results and the quality evaluation are given.
