摘    要:提出了一种基于PIC16F688单片机的电感测量系统方案。利用PIC16F688单片机产生一个可调宽度的单脉冲信号,单脉冲的宽度范围为13μs~1.05ms;通过驱动芯片开关低耗高速MOSFET,在脉冲持续时间内使电感导通产生电流变化值来实现电感值的测量。以标称值450μH的电感测量为例,单脉冲宽度为300μs时,对应的电感测量值为455.36μH,相对误差为1.2%。该系统结构紧凑,操作方便,且具有测量精度高、响应快、测量范围宽的优点。

Abstract:This paper presents inductance measurement system scheme based on PIC16F688 microcontroller. Single pulse signal is generated by PIC16F688, whose pulse duration range is from 13μs to h05 ms. The low power dissipation and high speed MOSFET circuit is controlled by a driving circuit. During the pulse, the inductor is conducting, the change value of inductor current is achieved and the inductance measurement is realized. According to inductance measurement of nominal value of 450 IXI-I as example, under the condition of pulse width of 300 IXS, the corresponding inductance measuring value is 455.36 IxH and relative error is 1.2%. The experimental results show that it has advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, high precision of measurement, quick response and wide measuring range.
