基于单片机电磁铆接加载速率测速系统设计

摘    要:提出基于单片机控制的电磁铆接铆模加载速率测量系统。以STC89C52单片机为核心控制器,通过红外传感器将速率信号转化为电信号,经过运算放大处理,利用STC89C52单片机的捕获功能实现两个脉冲间隔的时间测量,经过逻辑运算即可实现电磁铆接铆模加载速率的测量。测试系统硬件电路对产生的误差进行合理规避,软件设计中对产生的误差进行修正。该测速系统结构简单、可靠性强,测量范围为0~100m/s,系统误差小于1%,可用于高速加载速率的测量。

Abstract:A die velocity measurement system based on microcontroller is presented in electromagnetic riveting. STC89C52 is the core controller. Velocity is converted into electrical signals by infrared sensor, and then the signals are operated through an operational amplifier. Two pulse intervals are achieved by using the capture function of microcontroller, which can be calculated the die velocity through logical operations in electromagnetic riveting . Some kinds of errors are avoided in hardware and revised in design of software . The structure of the system is simple and reliable . The velocity measurement range is from 0 to 100 m /s and the error is less than 1 %. It can be used to measure the high velocity .
