我国铅锌矿山工业竞争能力分析及可持续发展策略

文章分析了我国铅锌矿山工业的发展现状:生产企业规模小,整体实力弱,资源优势已逐渐消失,技术装备水平低,经济效益状况日趋艰难。文章同时提出了我国铅锌矿山工业持续发展的策略,即大力加强地勘工作,加强整顿矿业秩序,加大对老矿山改革重组力度和对新矿山建设的支持力度,制定支持矿业发展的财税政策的及大力提高矿山工业技术装备水平。

Analysis on competitive capacity and strategy for sustained development of lead and zinc mining industry in Chinese mainland

The current developments of domestic lead and zinc mining i ndustry is ana-lyzed,and the disadvantages-small-scaled production enterpris es,weak integrative strength,grad-ual diminishment of China's resources edge ,low level of technological equipment,and economic benefit of mining industry being on the decrease,and bearing hardship are pointed out.More-over,the str ategy for sustained development of domestic zinc mining industry is presented, i.e.,greatly strengthening geological exploration,consolidating mining order ,intensifying reforms and reengineering of old mines,strongly promoting const ruction of new mines,formulating financial policy for accelerating development ,and making strenuous efforts to raise technological level of equipment used i n domestic mining industry.
